 Project Development & Support

• Develop the scope(s) of work and provide the bid package(s)
• Provide conceptual GA drawings, approval drawings, and drawing as needed through to the project completion
• Provide the project specific specifications
• Budget estimating and business case support
• Bid evaluation and recommend the succsesful supplier / contractor 
• Support the owner during the project execution
• Greenfield, brownfield, upgrade project design and support
• Each of the following or all of the following:
  • Work with the client, and the location staff, to understand the needs, objectives, and future expectations
  • Design to meet those needs
  • Provide the scope of work
  • Provide the drawings
  • Provide the specifications
  • Provide the bid package
  • Bid evaluation support
  • Support the owner during the project execution
